    Upon entering, the employee who later stated her name was Ashley was sitting on a bucket near the food while eating. When I ordered, she refused to toast the item or allow any modifications and told me I could either take it or not, without explanation. I asked for the manager’s name, phone number, or what time they would be in, and she refused to provide any of that information. I’m not sure the health department would agree this is sanitary. This is why I’m writing this review. I have never experienced service like this at a Subway before.

    Avoid this Subway location. It appears to be managed by an Indian couple. There are serious sanitation issues — the man’s wristband was repeatedly in direct contact with the food while preparing my sandwich. When I politely asked him to stop, the woman became defensive and argued instead of addressing the concern. On top of that, the cheesesteak sandwich I ordered had almost no meat, far below the normal portion size (see photo). I’ve reported this incident to Subway for further investigation.

    Seems like the older Indian man with the scruffy beard (I don’t know his actual ethnicity) had a crazy attitude. I ordered a tuna salad salad and he did not want to put any veggies in the bowl. Asked for all the veggies except jalapeños. He literally just grabbed a pinch of everything in put it in but the bowl wasn’t even half full. I asked can I get more spinach he said he’s out, I asked for more lettuce he acted like I just killed him. Can you please fill the bowl with veggies please.. then checkout he just said when I used my rewards… This is bullshit! I’m like what happened he was mad because I took $6 off with rewards and was mad because he don’t get the money.. man bye.. last time I’ll be at this location. Don’t be a franchisee owner if you hate customer service and the system.
