    I’ve been a rewards member for years, but I won’t be coming back to this location. I’ve had other disappointing experiences in recent weeks, but today was unacceptable. I placed an order in the app and arrived a few minutes before the estimated time it’d be ready. Typically, that means I’m pulled up the window and may have to wait a minute or two. When I pulled up the speaker (approximately 9:10 AM), I wasn’t greeted (which has happened more than once lately at this location). I finally said “hello?” and was told someone would be with me in a minute. When I gave my information, I was told it would be 10 minutes. There was a long pause after that, so I asked if they were wanting me to pull around front and come inside. He told me, with zero kindness or customer service, “You should probably just leave and come back in 10 minutes.” I was a bit shocked at his delivery and lack of service, but I pulled to a nearby parking lot and waited before coming back. When I pulled up behind another car at the window, I waited more than 15 minutes for any movement. Why was I told I needed to leave the premises completely, but this car wasn’t pulled up to allow traffic to keep moving? Because of the drive thru setup and the fact that I’d paid for my food on the app, I was literally trapped and waiting. No one came to the window in all that time to give an update to the car in front of me. Just when I was dialing the store number to call inside from the drive thru, the person ahead of me got out of their car to knock on the window and yell for someone. They were finally given their food, and I was able to pull up. The young man who’d been on drive thru didn’t greet me or even make eye contact, and he certainly didn’t apologize for the extreme wait—I’d been there for more than 30 minutes at this point. Instead, he shoved my food out the window and mumbled “have a good day” and turned away. When I looked at my food after leaving, I found my oatmeal not in its standard container but in a salad container. Very little sugar or nuts, and zero strawberries. It was not made correctly and was missing toppings. The other food was cold and not great quality. This location is in serious need of customer service training and a review of standards. I’m not willing to roll the dice with my money or time by coming here again, but I hope they improve for the sake of any other customers who come here—because the customers deserve better.

    Waited 25+ minutes for a mobile order while I watched about 15 other customers come in and order their food and also receive it before mine. Kinda ridiculous when it’s encouraged to use the mobile app and we couldn’t even get our drinks. We have continuously asked the people at the counter about our order and they just keep saying they’re working on it absolutely ridiculous. The whole point of mobile order is to skip the line. Will not be coming back to this location.

    The manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. His name is Ben. Once I told him how unprofessional he was he gave an apology with the coldest stare ever. I will not be spending my money at this location again.

    Food is excellent. Service is almost always good (I'm a frequent flyer there).The proce is a little on the high side, I think, but worth it to me for the added convenience (I only live a few blocks away).
