    Food is excellent. Service is almost always good (I'm a frequent flyer there).The proce is a little on the high side, I think, but worth it to me for the added convenience (I only live a few blocks away).

    Dirty tables. 20 minute wait for my food. Total lack of order. If they would spend more time, actually taking care of the people that are in their store, they might actually be decent. Unfortunately, they made the decision to fulfill the online orders and ignore the customers in the store.

    The last two times I went, there was no one working the counter. I had to use the kiosk to order and the user interface is confusing and misleading. When my food was done, they didn't call my name. I had to go up and look at the names on the bags. They got the order wrong as well.
