At the window she continued rushing and wasn’t welcoming. This is not the standard I expect from Panera Bread. I won’t be coming back.

They were understaffed and the place was dirty. The staff seem to be haggard and tired. One staff member was on her phone while working and emptying the garbage and then let the garbage bag sit there. The place was dirty and unkempt, napkins, food on the floor. It was actually really sad. I hope they can come back from this.
