I never had an issue until some years ago I saw an old employee and asked why this place had a horrible service if we never had issues before she explained they change management that it was sold, this talk happened like 3 years ago but my bad experience started like 5/6 years. So I decided to give them a shot its been years since last time. Well Guess what? After waiting like 10 min just to someone to take my order just to let me know they dont have pies 😑. They should have the pies option removed from their menu then. I prefer to go to Dolton if they dont have them ready they park me and I gladly do it, I know for a fact they will be fresh. Its upsetting I have to drive longer when I can just do a 2 min drive to my local mcdonalds.

Hash brown is absolutely freshly made with crispy in the outside and soft and juicy in the inside! Last but not least, the staff is very kind and helpful:) Highly recommended if you are heading on or off the highway to stop by!
