My total was $25.86. Shortly after leaving, we realized both kids’ meals were missing the chicken nuggets. Because we were already late to another commitment, I called less than five minutes later to ask for a credit or refund for the missing items. I was told that without a receipt nothing could be done and was made to feel as though I was being dishonest, despite having the exact order total and having just been there moments earlier. Mistakes happen — but refusing to correct them, especially when no receipt is offered, is disappointing. Customer service like this makes it hard to justify coming back.
