Couldnt seem to follow simple instructions. Got curbside pickup, they never brought it out to us. Asked for sandwiches to be cut in half, none were. Sandwiches were thrown together.

Wanted to give this location props! Grabbed lunch here the other day and it felt like a return to classic jj form. Staff was friendly and said hello and good bye when I left. The place was clean and the food came out quick. Ive always appreciated the fast friendly and cleanliness of Jimmy Johns. Was sad to see it go by the way side a few years back, but it seems that atmosphere has returned. Two thumbs up from me.

2 people standing behind counter just chatting it up and they ask me if I’d like to put my order in myself through a kiosk. Wow I’ll go down the street to the Springfield location where people work and not just talk all day.. pathetic excuse for management

I have been a Jimmy John's customer since the early days at EIU. The little shop next to Panther Lounge was our go-to!
I've always been impressed with the JJ energy in the shop.
Until Sept 11, 2025. Mid afternoon. I experienced the most ridiculous, indifferent, unkind, aloof, and pathetic excuse for an employee. After a very brief interaction I just turned around and left i hope he figured out that it was his attitude that caused my exit. But I am not holding my breath.
I'll still go to JJ. But that kid needs some redirection.
