A lot of money to spend on a burger for them to not get it even remotely correct... I am taking a long break from Five Guys, and Five Guys Champaign is who to thank for that.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
