    I received donuts like this, and to make matters worse, one donut was missing from my order of five, so I had to go back to pick it up. There was no apology, and the staff was not friendly.

    Unless you know what you want to order immediately and have studied the menu, save yourself the embarrassment. Went here the other day with some friends and got yelled at by (who I assume is) the manager for asking a couple of questions about substituting items in the breakfast meal deals. We were insulted and asked if we “knew how to read” before having the window slammed in our face. We were in complete shock. Other staff gave us small drinks (we paid for large) and laughed in our faces, but we chose not to fight back. Anyways, the sandwiches are completely overpriced and “hot coffee” tastes abysmal.. you might as well go to Starbucks for improved quality.

    Made a mobile order went to pick up. I was asked to pull forward as it was a 4 drink order was informed it was a 5 minute wait. Pulled forward in the drive thru as requested. 20 minutes later still no beverages, returned to the drive thru line where our encounter with Nina was rude, stated someone brought out but couldn’t find us and did not apologize but BLAMED us that she couldn’t find us in the parking lot. We were watching the door and no employee came out. The drinks were not as requested and highly disappointed in the quality and service.
