Then no one from what I can see at the window even the woman making drinks is washing there hands or wearing gloves

I asked for my money back. The manager came and argued about giving me my money back. I told her, “whatever guidelines she set are fine but that’s something you say when someone’s ordering, not after they’ve paid.” And reiterated I wanted a refund and asked for her name. She said she “don't have a name and I can call whoever I want but not with her name”. Honestly irritating because I take my daughter to Dunkin 4-5x a week, but we will stick with the one on prospect from now on.
