Absolutely hate coming to this Dunkin everytime I go they get my order wrong and this MORING I asked for no ice the cashier said they had to then said let me ask my manger left me in driver thru for 10 minutes just for me to come to the window to almost empty cup and not even the right sandwich . Then no one from what I can see at the window even the woman making drinks is washing there hands or wearing gloves

Walked in store 6 ppl behind the counter looked at me and turned around and no one greeted or spoke to me as if I was a ghost. Very rude , won’t be back again

Cashier took my order, took my money, handed me the food and the said, “the manager said no chipotle wraps anymore, so it’s a regular wrap”. I asked for my money back. The manager came and argued about giving me my money back. I told her, “whatever guidelines she set are fine but that’s something you say when someone’s ordering, not after they’ve paid.” And reiterated I wanted a refund and asked for her name. She said she “don't have a name and I can call whoever I want but not with her name”. Honestly irritating because I take my daughter to Dunkin 4-5x a week, but we will stick with the one on prospect from now on.

I received donuts like this,
and to make matters worse, one donut was missing from my order of five, so I had to go back to pick it up. There was no apology, and the staff was not friendly.
