Pulled forward in the drive thru as requested. 20 minutes later still no beverages, returned to the drive thru line where our encounter with Nina was rude, stated someone brought out but couldn’t find us and did not apologize but BLAMED us that she couldn’t find us in the parking lot. We were watching the door and no employee came out. The drinks were not as requested and highly disappointed in the quality and service.

They handed me my order and they forgot a part of it, so I walked into the Dunkin and told them part of my order was missing. They all looked at me with disgust. Never have I felt so uncomfortable. They were rude to me and didn’t even say sorry about forgetting my food. Then the worker who was working at the drive thru looked at me and goes “what?? Why are you in here??” With an attitude. I don’t know what was going on today but it was not a normal day at this Dunkin.

You could show a group of toddlers 5 minutes of the movie the founder and they could run a fast food restaurant better than these people.

I placed a mobile order and nobody called out my order when it was ready, they set it on the far side of the counter out of reach with the label facing away so I had nothing indicating it was my drink. I was standing there at the counter waiting and the workers just stared at me and didn’t say a word. I didn’t want to grab a random drink if it was someone else’s, I just wanted any acknowledgment from the employees.
