  got a food item this morning with meat and cheese sauce, a few hours upon eating it i got really naseous and my stomach started cramping. I threw up the food and an hour later I was feeling SO much better. I don’t have a sensitive stomach and I’ve eaten here a lot, so don’t really know what that was

  I am writing this review on behalf of my brother, who has special needs. He walked into this Dunkin' Donuts location to place an order and was taking his time, as he often does. While he was deciding, the staff member taking his order began speaking to a colleague in Hindi/Urdu,(I speak the same language)making frustrating and negative comments about him—clearly mocking his pace and situation. I could hear every word because my brother had me on the phone during the entire interaction to help guide him. This was heartbreaking and completely unacceptable. In the US, we've encountered patience and understanding from staff almost everywhere when it comes to people with disabilities, but here it felt like zero empathy or professionalism. Instead of assisting kindly, they chose to ridicule a vulnerable customer behind his back (thinking no one would understand). Dunkin' Donuts should train their staff better on inclusivity and respect for all customers, especially those with special needs. This experience left us both upset and we'll be avoiding this location—and possibly the chain—going forward. Highly disappointed.

  Terrible customer service. We paid the amount for the bagel morning combo (the one that has $6 promo) but ended up only getting the bagel. Then we asked the worker what happened to our order and their answer was look at your receipt, it doesn’t say anything there. If you want you can simply pay more and get your coffee. Ok maybe we made some mistakes in the self check out kiosk but we DID pay the right amount for the bagel combo. I’ve never experienced this kind of CS quality ever in the US. Will never visit again

  I went there and the workers are very rude. For their grown ages, they still don’t know how to make coffee. One time I went and they kicked us out because they wanted to leave right at 9pm when they closed. Maybe this was understandable however, another time I ordered a drink it was the first day that it was out on the menu and they got it wrong and they had no people by the way they are just always talking and the lady was on the phone while taking my order. What kind of job allows that? I did not complain the first time but, I went to get that same drink the next day to see if maybe they make it right this time and again I had to wait minutes to get my order taken even though they had no people. The drink was not mixed well and again the lady was on the phone while she was making drinks. They really need to get all new employees. It also feels very unsanitary there. Overall bad experience to say the least. Do not waste your money here especially if you’re a college student.
