  I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a year at least now and I can say 70% of the times I’ve ordered they’re out of what I order every time. For example ordering an everything bagel in the morning and they’re out almost every time. Some days I’m not even informed on them switching out what type of bagel I ordered until I get home. My iced latte is always mostly just milk as well, not great proportions. I miss the old Dunkin.

  Came here on Veterans Day for the donut. I purchased a few other items as well. The attendant was super rude to me. And check out the chocolate “sprinkled” donut I received 😂

  The two men working around 10:20 AM Nov 12 2025 blatantly ignored me when I walked In to place an order they just looked at me, one asked the other if he was going to take my order and the guy refused , the only person with good service is the woman working the drive through.

  Save your money. On two separate occasions, I’ve dealt with poor customer service from the individuals who run the drive thru. On 10/25 , granted there was a long line (that wasn’t the issue). When placing an order, the person asked “How can I help you” but when I started my order they cut me off saying “one second” . There is also a bit of a language barrier so when I was trying to add an Orange juice to my order, he didn’t hear me , even after saying so multiple times. Today, 10/27 , posed the same issue. When I finished my order , the order total on the screen showed less than what I was told at the window. She told me the total, I gave her more because I didn’t have a smaller bill. She asked if I had 50 cents or a dollar. Giving the impression she didn’t want to count more change. I told her again that I don’t have a dollar or any change after checking my car. When she gave me my food , I asked for a receipt and as I’m counting my change and checking the receipt, she says “I gave you $9. I gave the correct amount” and closed the window. She’s rude and defensive. I have a right to ask for a receipt and to count my change, especially when it seems like such a big deal she had to count change. And this is a common pattern between each of the Dunkin Donuts locations in the Champaign-Urbana area.
