I tried calling the store but I got no response. This place sucks. At the bare minimum, answer the phone.

It's a bit strange as well considered I called them to cancel the order after an hour of no response from the tracker (ETA was 30 minutes, so I waited an extra 30 minutes before calling to cancel). Management definitely needs to staff this location a lot better, a 3.5+ hour wait time for a delivery pizza is beyond reasonable.

My delivery order took more than 3 hours, and when I called at 6:22 PM, the staff told me my order was still “out for delivery.” Twenty minutes later, the manager suddenly claimed the driver “couldn’t find me,” “called me,” and “threw the food away,” even though I received no calls at all. I have phone records to prove this. The manager was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me when I asked for redelivery. When I called again, he intentionally left me on hold for almost ten minutes without responding. This was not only extremely unprofessional but also dishonest. I’ve never been treated this way as a customer. I hope Domino’s corporate reviews this store seriously.
