you would think portions would be bigger when it’s winter break and there’s barely any customer so Food doesn’t get spoiled, but no portions were smaller then usual. Asked for more and instead just got an ugly Stare. should’ve walked away before I paid

After ordering we were told the lobby was closed and we couldn't eat inside. it was only 6:45 on Sunday 12/21. Got home with the food and the steak was dry as dogfood. We definitely won't be returning this location again. To the rude lobby employee when someone asks what time it normally closes you shouldn't answer " right now ".

I was with a friend waiting in line, which was not busy at all. I got to the font of the line and my friend was behind me, so it was clear we were not ordering together. The employee then asked us if we were together and we said no, but then she asked my friend what she wanted and started simultaneously doing our order. She was getting confused and kept confusing our orders. I clearly asked for chicken and saw what I thought was chicken was being scooped into my bowl. Then, we moved onto toppings and I asked her for sour cream but then she took a giant scoop of salsa (the biggest scoop of food I got) and put it in my bowl. I don't mind salsa so I didn't speak up and just got the rest of the toppings I wanted. Then, I go to the cashier to pay for my food and tell them I got a chicken bowl, because that's what I ordered. Then another employee, who I assume was the manager, came running over and loudly said "no that's steak." I was confused because I thought I ordered chicken and told him I ordered chicken. My friend also spoke up because she was sure she ordered chicken too and he said she ordered steak too. He then proceeded to open up our bowls and then pointed at the meat and said that it was steak and asked why we thought it was chicken. When I told him it was because we both ordered chicken, he said that the employee heard steak (which I don't even know how because chicken and steak sound very different). Another employee came over and asked the manager if they are going to remake the bowls and the manager replied no and put the lids back on, without even asking us. I was very frustrated with this and just said steak was fine because I wanted to get out of there. I was then charged for a steak bowl, which was two and a half dollars more than the chicken bowl I intended to pay for. I am very frustrated by this experience, as everyone except for the cashier was very rude and unwelcoming. I'm a college student but I genuinely don't know if I will be coming back and would rather go somewhere else.
