  This definitely is not our kind of place so taking that into consideration, they might deserve a better rating. We got a gift card for christmas and placed an order for pick up. The sauces we ordered and paid for were not in the bag but we did not discover this until we got home. Nothing special about the food at all. Maybe the sauces are all they have going for them. Too bad they left them out of the bag.

  I wish to make personal shout outs to Alyssa, Elaina, and Jessica. No need to go in details as to why. I’m just saying, if neither of them have been your waitress, then you’re missing out. Seriously though, they are very good waitresses. The food quality and taste remains excellent, and the store is very clean.

  Stood at pickup counter for my order. It was the only bag there. The phone was laying on the counter (to not answer calls) 3 waitresses walked passed me while I waited(even past the food at the pickup shelf!). Got to the point I had to walk behind the counter and get my food that was barely sauced and cold. Called the store and the manager on duty said he couldn't do anything and laughed then hung up. Absolute clown show operation

  Just left this establishment. We stood at the podium waiting to be seated for 5 minutes before the manger finally came and sat us. Once at the table…sat another 10 minutes with no one coming to us. Now let me say…they were not super busy. Many servers looked at us several times and just ignored us. Simple to say. We just left. And certainly won’t be back. So disappointing.

  I came in for lunch and I was greeted by a guy David and mesel … and there approach was 1000% percent.. when the gentleman sat me at a table he asked me what I would like to drink I said a water and a mic ultra he checked my id like he’s supposed to and he said I’ll let your server know…. My server shows up 3 a few minutes later sits my water on the table and said we’re trying to get your beer…. 15 minutes goes by and I asked for someone and I explained that I never gotten my beer and I just wanna scratch it I don’t want anymore then the person that I told went to the server to let her know and that was it the sever didn’t come to the table and say anything not even I apologize for the inconvenience can I get you something else not a word…. I’ve been in the restaurant business for over 20+ years and by far that is the worst Acknowledgment and Criteria and the worst choice of action… I really think David and Mesel really need Recognition on there work ethic I was very impressed by those 2 gentleman
