7 Brew is a one-of-a-kind drive-thru concept that offers a fun and energetic vibe, along with a wide array of coffee beverages, infused energy drinks, Italian sodas, smoothies, teas, and milkshakes.
I tried 7brew for the first time and had a lovely day today, really fast service and was very kindly taken care of by one of the workers. Shout out jessica. 9/10 will definetly come back again.

I usually don’t write reviews but yesterday was something that I’ve experienced only once or twice in my 58 years of living on this planet.
First and foremost, never have I ever, been treated with so much kindness and respect at any food place ever. I know it’s sad to think of, but this younger generation does not respect the senior population. A majority of interactions I’ve had at any food place, including coffee shops seem rushed and unauthentic, like we’re seen as a nuisance for ordering, (I know we’ve all felt this before). But yesterday was different, the young man that took my order in the morning was kind enough to carefully explain the menu to me. Unlike other places I’ve been to, it felt like he encouraged me to ask more and more questions about the drinks they carry because he was excited to answer them, his enthusiasm alone was enough to convince me to get a drink for myself.
Initially I planned on only picking up a blondie for my daughter but the holiday drinks being advertised caught my eye. As an older guy, I have a lot of dietary reactions, one of them being sensitivity to sugar. The young man willingly took the time to go through all of the holiday drinks with me and help me pick out one that could be made completely sugar free (yes, the candy cane mocha was delicious). My positive experience did not end there. After he took my order, him and the young lady at the front shared a pleasant conversation with me about our favorite coffees until my drinks arrived.
Unfortunately, Im from Naperville and only drove down to see my daughter for this weekend. If it was possible, I would switch this stand with the one I have back home. I hope this review reaches the young man and lady that took my order in the morning and to everyone else working in food service, learn a thing or two about true customer service from these two.

Let me start by saying I'm at 7brew EVERYDAY, so I know what I'm talking about. The lack of maturity this stand holds is unbelievable. I know for a fact that new stands get professional trainers to come in and teach the staff. The trainers are there until November. By how this stand is run, youd think everyone was new. The "trainers" are far too casual with the employees. The stand is still performing at the level they did on their first day. The employees are always huddled together and cackling, as the line gets backed up. Then there's multiple employees at the front just standing around, yet the line took 20minutes to get through. My drink had to be remade 3 times before I just left. I went the Mattis location, where they are remaking it for free. The Mattis location should not have to apologize for their other stores. It's quite embarrassing.

I know this location is new but the staff do not seem well trained; drinks were coming out of order leading to cars stuck in the drive thru waiting for the car at the front of the line that only needed one drink to leave and the staff looked in general, very confused. One example was simply knowing who ordered what drink which led to workers going car to car asking what they ordered. Also instead of hopping on the line to help get the singular bottleneck order out, workers stood around talking or still taking orders. This is not the efficient and fast 7Brew similar to that of the University Ave. location.
The drinks were still good but it took wayyy too long to escape the queue once I got my drink (about 15 minutes). When the front car finally left the drive thru, 4 cars followed behind me because they already received their drinks.
