If you complain that it's not made right, they will pretty much tell you that your s.o.l. and what they gave you is what you get. They don't want to take it back and fix it. I absolutely hate this location and it's the closest to my house. The location on Neil Street is the best!!!!! Line times are never long, even when they are packed and they go above and beyond what they need to for the customers!!!! I will go out of my way to avoid the Springfield location by my house and drive all the way to the Neil Street location!!!!! And it's totally worth it!!!! I've been going to 7 Brew religiously since they opened the first location on Springfield. And I'm there every day if not every other day. Brewer for life!!!

They never disappoint, even if the line looks long, it doesn’t matter they are super fast. Questions are not a problem. Yes, I go several times a week and I still have questions. They move you quickly through while providing a great product with good customer service and a smile! This staff rocks, they all are very happy to be there!
