The lid to my drink was practically not on and spilt all over my car!! The worker did not give me a straw and I had to ask for one. 7 Brew workers on Springfield, please do better. The worker also could not hear me at my loud volume due to the music.

They couldn't get my energy chiller right my wife's coffee chiller and my sons chocolate milk. Im so irritated by it. This has me mad bc whatever they put in it is nasty. Very bad after taste in my mouth and idk. Im just so mad that they messed up my drinks and wouldn't fix them.
