  rice completely not cooked, feel like eating sand. Portion of the meat was extremely too little, reminded the staff that the portion was unreasonably too little, then the lady showed unfriendly and uncomfortable attitude. What a meal :) good luck chipotle

  The rice was not cooked properly and was still raw. The restaurant was very busy, so the staff only gave me this small portion of meat (as shown in the picture). It was a very bad experience.

  Terrible experience at Chipotle — and not the first time. Avoid this place, especially if you’re vegetarian. After a previous bad experience, I had already complained about cross-contamination via the app. Within a week, I visited again and literally saw chicken pieces in the beans. I asked them to fix it, but they still served my bowl with large chunks of chicken. The staff clearly don’t care — very dismissive, and the manager showed no accountability. No resolution even after multiple complaints. They’re also constantly out of basic ingredients. Today there were barely any veggies, and what was available was poorly prepared. This has happened multiple times. Honestly, this is unacceptable.

  A few (two) of the employees (serving food on 4/6/26 closing shift) should be retrained (put down)
