  Stopped in for supper today and had a terrible experience. My son has special needs, and one girl kept looking at him in a way that made us uncomfortable. After that, I saw her pointing and laughing with another girl. We will not be back.

  Absolutely blown away by this location. For starters, my dear friend I stopped in while passing through after 13 hours on the road today. We were immediately greeted with smiles and cheerfulness, the staff at the ordering hub were even singing! We were able to order our food quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, we were then surprised with a full table service. The 2 young women overseeing the dining room (one blonde, and one brunette, both with glasses, unfortunately didn’t catch their names) were nothing shy of amazing. They ensured we had everything we needed, were click and attentive to clear our plates when they noticed we were done, and one even gave us a free cherry cola float! This team definitely has a calling for hospitality, and whoever manages this location you are DOING. SOMETHING. RIGHT. would drive 13 hours again any day.

  I had I great experience at this place! I would recommend the breaded nuggets, they are perfect! The line was a little slow, but the workers were nice. Make sure to specify how many napkins you want, if you want any. 🤭 Over all this is a great place to get your food at, and it is delicious! Our family is thankful for the gluten free options!🍟

  Champaign,IL; Never been here before. Could not have time to look at menu. So, we just ordered 2-8 piece nuggets, 1- 3pc strips and 3 fries. Of course we paid for medium sized even though I said small. Spent $30, chicken was not that good. Waffle fries were kinda good. We won't be back.

  On Thursday I went to chick fill a the only one here at Champaign I ordered a spicy sandwich an 8ct grill nugget a parfait and a market salad the market salad didn’t bring my lettuce and I’m complaining because I saw that guys at front there like 6 guys 3 with red shirt one with green shirt and the other with pink shirt and my food was just sitting there for 15-25 minutes because of my food was just sitting there everything was cold and also they forgot some sauces and they forgot my fries and I wonder because it seems this restaurant has enough people to make the service fast but it doesn’t seem they’re fast the atmosphere was looking good especially I saw these two guys a girl and a boy they really work hard to make the restaurant clean and always very kind and very attentive and it’s the only good thing I can point out overall food and service was very bad I hope they get better soon next time I come thank you!
