  Walked in on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago and even though there was not one other customer in the restaurant, I waited at the counter for several minutes for someone to come take my order and not one Arby's employee ever showed up - not even to say "just a moment" or acknowledge me. The only employee that saw me was the person making the fries and they just looked up without saying anything and went right back to what they were doing. Finally I left and went to Culver's next door where the food was great and gave fantastic service. This Arby's is weird and lazy! Definitely won't be going back!

  The staff is extremely gracious and fast. Food is warm and well-made. They do suffered from some staffing issues because they just don't have enough people but the ones they do have are great. Much better than McDonald's. Better quality, food and cheaper. Thanks again!
