  We stopped on our drive home to grab a couple of blizzards. Typically they would turn them upside down to show how thick they are but they couldn't do that with ours. They were so runny they would have come straight out of the cups. My cup was overfull and my husbands was underfilled. Very disappointed.

  Server was rude and short tempered. Waiting for our food, I saw a worker reach into the ice cream toppings, out it in his mouth, and touch our food right after.

  Left Dairy Queen and not even 5 mins later I dropped my sundae on the ground. Yes this was my fault but I called to see if it could be replaced and I was told we don’t do that and hung up on me as I was starting another question. Thanks for the lovely customer service and the sundae I paid extra for.

  Waited forever for a very small order. Wasn't impressed with the time wait or the people's attitude.

  Apparently they fry the shrimp in the same fryer as the chicken, fries, etc and don’t disclose this anywhere!! I have a shellfish allergy and had a bad reaction after eating fries and ice cream. Very frustrating
