    I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Subway in Caseyville. The place was absolutely disgusting. I saw roaches, which is already a hard no, but it somehow got worse from there. The employees weren’t wearing gloves while handling food, and the overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. The whole restaurant had a grimy, neglected vibe that made me lose my appetite instantly. Nothing about this location felt sanitary or safe to eat at. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still open. Save yourself the trouble (and your stomach) and go literally anywhere else.

    Sanju is a lovely customer service rep. She made a tasty Veggie Delite. She’s very pleasant and attentive. I will return when this way as I often travel this way when visiting my son.

    My only concern is that the food preparers and cashier are the same. Gloves should always be changed before and after using the cash register. Secondly get rid of the flies.

    It’s really sad when you place a online order and the order is incorrect when you get it. I will never order from the subway every again. The manager whom I spoke too or the manager he claim to be said he would pull the camera because he was positive the sandwiches where prepared correctly. Instead of apologizing about the mess up. I would have never call if they were correct. He told me to drive back with sandwiches Lol you will never get me as customer again, If that even matters.
