Yet only got a $20 credit?! This is the WORST customer service IN THE BOOKS.. Nobody should be supporting this kind of establishment who lacks basic communication.

I placed an order online, with this specific location picked from the app, and was told as the order was suppose to be delivered that we were outside of their delivery location. We watched the app and it said they were making it and checking it, the app even said it was out for delivery when the exact time they were going to “deliver” it they called and said it was never made…. Very frustrated with the way this was handled and no explanation. Also, don’t worry, they still took my money. $88.00 later (before the 20% tip I left) was charged to my card.
