The issue was that I was at the pick up lined and showed them my name on the doordash order for pick up for myself, and, they confirmed, a few minutes later I guess there was some confusion and wendys "cancel"my order on their end right in front of me while I was there. But my card was still chrage and the doordash order was still showed as active, so then I waited for another 20 mins after I notified them of the issue, so people who order after me got their food and I had to wait for about an hour,so there's that. I think they was hoping that I would have left lol, they was busy with other orders; but my card was still charged so I stayed. Food was still decent, fries were soggy and cold.
