It shows they do not care about their service or customers. They don’t allow you to place orders online with cash payments even for pickup from old accounts with many orders which makes me someone who gets paid in cash difficult to work with and to top it off they use a call center in the Philippines to place an order for a pizza down the road. They are absolutely ridiculous of a company and I will promise I will never order Domino’s ever again. The manager at this place should be fired immediately

I even asked if he could put the credit on my account for next time. He would not. I went home hungry and decided to go to the local Rosatis. MUCH better pizza and even better customer service than whoever was working tonight. 9/1/2025 at 7pm whoever the manager was needs to be demoted and take a few courses in hospitality. Absolutely awful experience.
