  It's good for a McDonald's, when they get it right. After my last 8 visits over the last 2 months I have always had one mistake or another on my order. This last one was it though as they gave me back the same sandwiches I brought in. Saying it was fixed. With nothing done to fix it. It's pathetic at that point. Otherwise the restaurant is usually clean inside at least.

  The time of this review is April 3rd Friday at 3:15 p.m. that way you can take a note as to who is working the front and who is working the back unfortunately the front has to rely on and trust the back who made the nicest cashier looks stupid because I ordered something with no pickles and it came with no onions and no pickles so I said something and they made a new one with a total of 10 maybe 15 minutes to onions on it she had no idea it's not right I showed her to look on her face was terrible I felt bad and looked in the kitchen and it wasn't nothing but a big old playground back there I hope whoever reads these things takes noted who was working back there at that time and get them gone cuz it's unacceptable for them to sit back there and laugh at what customers pay for!!

  Carterville McD's is nothing short of a train wreck. Dirty conditions, employees with attitude, managers who make excuses. They do a "Bait and Switch" with the menu pictures - the McCrispy sandwich shows lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc. When my wife got the sandwich, it was an extremely overcooked piece of chicken in a flattened bun - nothing else. Took it to the counter, only for the manager to tell us that was the "deluxe" and it was basically our fault for not looking close enough. Took the entire uneaten meal, dumped it in the trash and left. We hadn't been to a McDonald's in over two years, for exactly the same reasons - but we thought we'd give it a shot. Will never, ever set foot in this overpriced, low quality chain again.

  During the day, this McDonald's has always provided me with fresh food...burgers are out together and not just thrown in a wrapper, fries still hot and crispy. Night shift...not so much!
