I ordered a Buy One, Get One for $1 sandwich deal through the app — it rang up correctly on my receipt, but one of the sandwiches was missing when I got home. The team is friendly and the service time is fine, but lately the attention to detail has slipped. I’ve had a few orders come out incomplete (McChicken with no chicken patty) or messy (sandwiches that fall out of the wrapper wen pulled out of the bag), and now I can’t even reach the store because the voicemail box is full. Hopefully management tightens things up — consistency matters when this is the only breakfast option around.

I was been told to pull forward to The next window where they again said they did not have my order. They did not believe me even after showing That their system had taken my code. I was then given a bottled water.
