  The bald white man with a tattoo under his eye either needs a new job or an attitude check. We did a mobile order hoping to be to be in an out of a drive thru after a long day at work only to be met with an almost 20 minute line. When finally getting to the speaker we were met with an extremely rude man that had an attitude and yelled out our name a few times after we said we had a mobile order and our name. When getting to the window again met with a extremely rude man and told we didn’t even have a order when we did and had to show that we did so we had to said another 10 minutes for them to make the order. the bald white man with a tattoo under his eye either needs a new job or an attitude check.

  I go to this location at least once a week but never again. My kids have a nearby sports activity. I pick up food before picking up my kids. Today, I made my order at the kiosk and then the fire alarm went off. We were told that we needed to go outside. There were no apologies from the employees to the customers outside or any explanation, only infighting between them regarding who set off the alarm. I heard them saying that we can't go back in until the fire department resets the alarm. I told them that I would come back in 25 minutes as I had to pick up my kids. The guy most in charge said "I got you." I picked up my kids and returned. I saw my guy and he asked the others where the order for Nicholas was. There was more arguing about who handed the order over. They determined someone had stolen my order. No bid deal. They started scrambling. In any context, this means they are re-making my food. I waited 20 more minutes with my hungry kids in the car and finally re-approached the counter. I was met with "I told you, someone took your food. It's not my fault. You left. There is nothing we can do."

  Messed up my entire order. I asked for a minute to look at the menu, only 20 secs passed before he started rushing me. And no one was behind me. Also, keep in my mind this place closes at 2 am. I was there at 11. He was acting like he had somewhere else to be.

  The drive thru is taking 20+ minutes at 3 am, it seems like no worker cares about us in the drive thru, other cars were also fussing. Management please speak to the associates on the night shift during 3:00 am 3/8/26
