I tried to use my free medium frozen beverage coupon from the app this morning and was told it does not work for a cappuccino blast. Which it does. And I have used it before. Will speak to someone else or a manager tomorrow.

I visited this location today, 11/16/2025, at 1:39 PM. The experience was entirely defined by the cashier's rude and disrespectful behavior.
Upon arrival, the cashier was on a personal phone call, and I had to wait until she finally acknowledged me while still speaking on the phone. I ordered my drink and scanned my app QR code for a reward (Buy any drink, get a half dozen donuts for $3).
After receiving my coffee, I asked for the donuts and the cashier immediately yelled at me, stating, "no free donuts, we don’t give free here." I respectfully tried to explain that it was a $3 reward, not a free item, and even showed her the reward screen on my phone, but she continued to yell and argue repeatedly.
This quickly became a matter of respect, not donuts. There is no excuse for a staff member to yell at a customer. Her entire approach was unkind and unprofessional. This was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever had.

I never write reviews but I was so pissed off here I had to share. Saturday I ordered 2 maple sugar bacon sandwiches. I got home and ended up getting 2 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Both my husband and I don’t like their sausage sandwiches. I ate mine just because I was so hungry and not going out again and he didn’t even eat his. I was really looking forward to the sandwich since it’s a seasonal item and one of my favorites at that. So I called the store and told them what happened? The lady I spoke to told me that I could come back and either get a refund for the sandwiches or 2 new ones anytime during the weekend Monday comes around and I went back and got two of the exact same sandwiches again this time I spoke with the manager, told her the story of what happened and she told me she could not honor the two free sandwiches. I was already told I could get and that there was no evidence to support what I was saying. I showed her my receipt. I told her the lady I spoke to said she was gonna leave a note for the other staff members to know, and the manager told me there was no note and she wouldn’t even have given me one sandwich if it was her choice, she gave me one sandwich for free and the other one I had to pay for and guess what happened when I got home it was made incorrect again, so I called her and told her I was coming back for a refund this time and I would not be coming back to this location I’ve worked in customer service for seven years. I’m only 24 years old and I understand that she could’ve given better customer service and been kinder about it, but instead, she was rude dismissive and called me a liar. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
