I tried to order online multiple times but the ordering system had a glitch, so I decided to walk into the store to place my order. I placed my order about 5 days in advance (when only 2 days is required). I show up to pick up my order and the employees couldn’t find it. They called the owner who said she didn’t make it. They asked me to come back in about an hour. I asked if the owner was bringing it or planning to come and make it? They said make it. I mentioned that they require 48 hour notice to make these so that the ice cream can freeze, correct. She confirmed. I asked why would I come back in an hour if there is no way it will be frozen/ready (considering it is 88 degrees out and I would need to get this dessert home non-melted). Long story short the employees gave me the option of something they had on hand since I needed something for my son’s bday today! Thank you employees and thanks for nothing Baskin Robbin’s Owner.

Yes, he shouldn't be on his phone but that doesn't give the manager the right to yell at him in front of customers. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
