Asked if I was ok waiting .....I said no I have limited time ( since im on lunch break). He doesn't hear me attempts to hand me the drink. I asked if my card was ran already he said yes. I said I need a refund I'm unable to wait. He said they don't do refunds there. I said everyone does refunds. He said this location doesn't. I got my receipt then left. I Attempted to call the shop x3 and go figure their number doesn't work. Next was corporate. They are a franchise...aghh I'll be awaiting my refund. Beware of Oscar
