The staff member on duty did not notify me when my order was ready. I was waiting in my car and observed her standing behind the counter. When I walked in, she did not greet me and was talking on her cellphone. I politely asked about my order, and she dismissively pointed toward a bag and said, "It's there, pick it up," without confirming or checking anything. I had to ask again to confirm it was my order, and her response was rude and unprofessional. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in the food and hospitality industry where courteous customer interaction should be standard. I hope this issue is addressed seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer service at this location.
