  Walked in today around 12pm to a busy Jimmy John's. Was surprised I didn't have to wait long to have lunch. Staff was efficient and very kind.

  arrived at 8:46 pm. the doors were closed, two employees were closing the door, doing something, they paid attention to me that I was knocking, but they ignored me! Why indicate that the restaurant is open until 9 pm. Tin

  No line when coming in. Employees fixing sandwiches unfortunately looked like they didn't want to be there. I've never eaten at any Jimmy John's before so I don't know how the ordering process goes. But the cashier just takes your order without asking any questions etc. I'm used to other sandwich places allowing you to select the ingredients in the sandwich. But when I asked the guys making the sandwiches for Jalapeños or Pepperoncinis, the reaction was seemingly apprehensive or resistant with barely any response. I got my sandwich with a few Jalapeños, reason for 2 star. But overall experience was just awkward unfortunately.
