- JJJohn4 days ago1.0STAY AWAY WHILE THEY'RE REMODELING. Within the past week ive gotten fruit that looks great on outside but is completely rotten on the inside. Today I bought free range chicken cutlets for my 9 month old son because he learning to eat food, I opened the packet when I got home and it REEKED of rotten eggs. I've had no problems with this location in the past, but ever since they started their remodeling things have gotten out of hand.

THEN at the checkout line, the service worker was trying to see what went wrong with the machine for giving me the incorrect price even with proof of clipping coupons online, and had the nerve to stop halfway to serve other customers as if I had all day to wait until she finish with others because she couldn’t finish with mine. What’s more, I show her the proof and she asked me show her proofs AGAIN. She thought I was trying to steal or something! I’ve never experienced this with other Jewel! Just wow!

My groceries weren't even bagged, despite the fact I had gotten a text 30 minutes earlier saying they were ready. I explained I called the number, and I was given some flimsy excuse that made no sense. The teenager I spoke to bagged my groceries, then didn't offer to bring them out for me or APOLOGIZE. I thought our groceries were refrigerated until we picked them up? Mine clearly sat in a cart for at least 30 minutes.
