  Rude! Over charge!! Do not go to this one!!Hitesh thought I could not understand her language she got upset and said something smart when I asked for my receipt since they always over charge me! I paid $13 for 3 full donuts and 10 munchkins...Drive a couple minutes and go to the one down the street.

  I really enjoy visiting Dunkin’ at 222 Army Trail Rd in Carol Stream. The service is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. The location is convenient and comfortable, making it a great spot to stop by anytime. One thing I especially like is that they offer USB ports and wall outlets, which makes it easy to charge your phone or laptop while enjoying your coffee. Overall, it’s a great place—I definitely recommend it!

  I'm a very disappointed on the crew that was here on today. I ordered my usual plain croissant and medium tea, but today I was given dirty coffee water mixed in with my tea which is very concerning to me because now it brings up the question on sanitation. It was very inconvenient to have to go back in the cold temperature twice today and to add insult to injury they never even acknowledged that they made an error instead they tried downplaying it talking bout I thought you asked for milk there clearly wasn't an ounce of milk in that cup, but there was old coffee water inside you could smell it soon as you took off the lid. I wasn't offered an apology nothing and a lot of these places wonder why ppl just stop going. I guess I'm done with Dunkin like I am with Starbucks. Not happy at all I won't be back to this location or no other Dunkin.

  I came here to say this is the best Dunkin I have ever been to but see others said the same! I pass by 4 Dunkins on my way to work and this is the only one I will go to. The staff is always friendly and kind! My food is never burnt and my order is always correct. Love this Dunkin!
