    Amazing service! On a Saturday night, during the peak restaurant hours, we ordered for pickup. The order was made fast and we received the email alert the order was ready. Upon pickup I double checked the order, and there was a concern on my end. I had ordered a round of the boneless chicken, and one of the pieces was not to my satisfaction (very tiny and fried hard). I was splitting the chicken between my little kids so I had to have equal amounts of chicken. I told the employee my concern, showing him the box with the issue, and he understood. He said mam, this will take a few minutes but we will get it remade. I said I only need the one piece, the others are fine. He said, we are making it right for you. They handed me a fresh box of the boneless chicken bites, as well as the original box. He said please have a great night and give the extras here now to your kiddos. This simple act of making the issue right for my kids and I will forever be remembered. Outstanding service from the Manager and team at Dominos on Army Trail road. There was also a line of customers, and it was busy there. They took the time and had patience and understanding of the situation. Thank you Dominos! We will continue to use your location regularly, and so will our family and friends. Great service!!!

    Worst customer service ever. The employee all3 was extremely rude and disrespectful. I will not be coming back to this Domino’s and would not recommend it to others. Just one reason card payment and computer not working

    I place an order on the app it says it'll be ready in 35 to 45 minutes I get there and they tell me it's going to be another half hour. then on the app it says my pizza is ready but it's not, they say oh it's just the app. they say look on the board that's the order it's in, my name is not on the board so no pizza. after waiting over an hour. Then they say are you sure you ordered at the right location? really!! so if you love waiting forever for your pizza and then never getting it you'll love this place plenty of other pizza options out there go somewhere else you'll thank me
