We went to his wrestling practice where I opened the lid to give my 4 year old son a drink. It smelled FOUL. Like a mix of chemicals and rotten eggs. I contacted the store as well as the general manager where they said nothing was done to the drink. I brought the drink back, the lady admitted it had a strong smell and was a different color than the lemonade from the machine. Besides that, they had no other answer for me. No accountability, no nothing. Literally just stared at my face and offered free ice cream. The general manager said that the lady said it does not look to be the same color and consistency as what is coming out of the machine (LIKE DUH that’s why I’m scared, my kids terrified, and I want to know what the hell is in this drink) but instead of answers- I just feel like they insinuated that I made a fuss and put something in the drink.. for what? $5 back. I’m pissed and worried what the hell my kid consumed as well as my kid is terrified now.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
