  Slower than slow service, cold food and a filthy restaurant. Not to mention the young kids that were inside at the counter cussing and acting obnoxious and not one employee said a word to any of them.

  Seems to me these kids that work the windows have "no" personality. They don't say please or thank you from the cashier at the first window, then go down to the second window and the boy just hands me my drink and order without even an acknowledgement. He was looking the other way to talk with another boy employee. It seems like this is an ongoing situation on most of my visits, and I travel through this town from St. Louis about 3 to 4 times a week.

  Worst. McDonald's. EVER. We waited 45 minutes for food and there was only one other person in the restaurant when we ordered. While we waited we had the pleasure of listening to some buffoon behind the counter have loud frequent outbursts. And then once we left we realized they forgot to put sauce in the bag. One of the kids only got 3 nuggets. And all of the burgers were wrong. =).

  I was in the drive through the other day and got a couple different meals. I got a 2 cheeseburger meal and this is how they slopped it together, hardly put any ketchup on it and was ice cold, but hey at least my fries were hot for the first time this year.

  Every time we come to Carlinville’ McDonalds it’s a complete let down. The meat is hamburger meat is always dry, like it was cooked hours ago. The picture was taken as soon as we left the drive thru that we sat in for 20 minutes. It’s always busy so there shouldn’t be a reason for old meat.
