  I ordered online. They go through door dash. Soon the young man get to my house I immediately notice that my wings wasn’t with my order. I called the store to tell them they didn’t send my wings. She asks do I want a credit to my account I instantly tell her no because I don’t even order from Pizza Hut often & I’ll just come pick them up. Yes I had an attitude with her because I had just paid for delivery to still have to go get something she forgot out my order. I tell her my order has two ranch’s with it she cuts me off and says I don’t see any ranch on the order. I pull to the window and she comes to the window DIDN’T even let me tell her what I was there for so I take it as she could tell by my voice I was black, I get ready tell her what iam there for she walks away and go to get the wings hands it to me & as I try give her my receipt she says “ I don’t want that, your ranch is in the bag. HOW YOU mad at me because you forgot my food? It was enter by y-web. I’m here to say I know why I don’t go to Pizza Hut and I won’t be back!!

  I got my food quick, and the staff was extremely nice. The pizza and wings were both great, and I will be back soon!

  Wow! I remember Pizza Hut used to be the best, now yuck. The absolute worst pizza I have ordered. The center of the dough was not done at all, the overall taste was just not there, very sad. My delivery driver was very nice and polite.
