When I confronted her, she told me the bathrooms are “supposed to be locked” — but they already were locked, I had checked before going in. This was extremely uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel disrespected. Bathrooms are supposed to provide privacy, not embarrassment. I will not be coming back to this location.

I took some coupons earlier this year and they accepted them, the next time I went they told me they didn't accept them anymore. A few weeks later I tried again and they accepted them again. It's like they can't make up their minds. The worst part is, they send coupons every month but don't accept them :/ kinda stupid.
