It is either absolutely drowned in vinaigrette, has the wrong type of greens, or in today's case, it included chicken, which I can't eat. Today I called, and the service I received then was the only redeeming aspect of my experience. The employee was very apologetic and explained it was a mix-up between two similar sandwich orders. He then provided me with a refund. It's just really disappointing, because when the orders are made correctly I really enjoy their food. But I've reported this issue multiple times through multiple avenues, and there hasn't been any improvement. And now I still want a sandwich.
