  Ordered a dunkalatte received a plain iced coffee with milk instead the milk tasted off as well. Last time I visit Dunkin! other location in Marion my drink had sludge sediment on the cup

  Wow, just wow. No words can describe the experience I just endured. On this beautiful morning I decided to treat my self to a delightful sandwich and most importantly the oh’so fantastic Mango Lemonade Refresher. I put in a mobile order so I can reap the benefits of skipping the line, what a mistake that I was. I got my sandwich in a good amount of time. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink and sat in line waiting for someone to help me. No one even approached me until I almost had to cause a scene. The only thing I can ask is why, do you find this funny. Does ruining my morning make you chuckle. Why would delay my satisfaction of a delicious mango lemonade refresher, is that gigglebaits. Do the gods laugh with you, are you amusing them. Why?

  This was probably my best Dunkin experience. The food was super fresh and the service was fast. Usually Dunkin is hit or miss with their coffee, but this one was super good.

  I've been here a lot over the past year and I'm never coming back after my visit last week. Certain employees are incompetent at making drinks the way I order them (and I order them very simple, like some shots of flavor and cream) and their matcha latte (which was $7 btw) was literally just milk. By the time we tried the drink we had already driven away, so for wasting my money repeatedly, here's your 1 shameful star.

  The people gave us our order knowing full well it was wrong, didn’t tell us and when we went back in, he said “we don’t not care”
