Multiple times we have come here and, while waiting for our food, have heard the employees loudly swearing and trashing their customers and calling them stupid and annoying for coming to the door instead of going through the drive thru. Their policy of locking the doors well before closing is not posted anywhere. They loudly complain to each other about customers doing things such as ordering multiple items or placing multiple orders. They’re just extremely rude for no reason.

Ate there today at 3:00 pm, got home and by 4:15 pm i was throwing up. Not sure if it was the beans on my order or what, but i will never eat there again. I had the nachos bellgrande meal. Hubby is not feeling too great either!

I stopped by here today to grab a quick lunch and ordered a combo through the drive-thru. However, the worker over the intercom informed me that their water pressure was low, and they couldn’t serve fountain drinks at that time. They offered me alternative drinks that didn’t require water pressure, but I wasn’t interested in those or the additional charge. I politely asked if I could simply exchange my drink for something else or receive a small discount for not being able to get the drink I wanted. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate my request. So, I decided to cancel my order. I understand that the water pressure issue might not be their fault, but I’m not willing to pay for something that’s unavailable or have to pay for an up-charged drink that I didn’t want.

For a small town taco bell this place was buzzing with helpful staff that were extremely kind! Large food order came out perfectly. Bathroom was clean

Stood in front of the counter 3 or 4 minutes waiting to order, was then told they can't take my order and I had to use the kiosk. Didn't really care for that. Sometimes I don't mind using them, but I don't like being forced to.
