  Someone needs to teach the employees to be more friendly and be polite.. they just rush to give you the food.They don't even say hi how are you doing or they don't even say have a nice day. very rude customer service. Very disappointed.

  Rude employees, don't seem to know how to do their jobs, wait forever for food it's fast food get it together

  So I order my meal, I pay extra for a large strawberry lemonade, pay $14.81 for my meal. I get my strawberry lemonade, it’s a small cup, I ask for light ice, so when I get my cup, it’s about an inch from the top from being full. I ask if that was a large, they said yes with their premium drinks. I said it’s not even full, she said well when you ask for light ice, I have to not fill it all the way because you ask for light ice And that’s our policy, I said that’s why I asked for light ice so that I actually get something to drink and not a cup full of ice. Not very happy. You pay premium price and get minimum stuff and then I get punished because I ask for light ice. on top of that I ask for no tomato which is probably a $.30-$.50 up charge and I did not get a discount for that but they still didn’t fill my cup full. My husband was in drive-through right behind me and got a large soda, asked for light ice and his was full to the brim.
