The last three pizzas have shown up looking like they were tossed into the car and driven at high speed to my house. Now I know why: when the delivery person took them out of the bag to hand them to me, they literally turn the bag sideways and slide the boxes out. I questioned this method, as I did not see it the last few times. When I told them that may not be the best way to handle pizza I was given an attitude. Don’t worry, there’s more. I called to talk to a manager and have them resolve the problem: there’s no manager working. I asked how they were going to fix it: I can give you the managers phone number… Nope. For how much pizza costs these days, I will take my business elsewhere from now on. It’s a shame because the pizza is one of the better ones I can find in the area. Good luck Pizza Cucina, you’re going to need it. Because ever since the name change earlier this year your service has gone nowhere but down.

Upon picking up the pizzas my husband once again confirmed the cheese was gluten free and it was not..... our granddaughter has Celiacs and if we had not questioned it - she would have had a serious reaction. When the manager asked the staff who took the order a guy in the back laughed and said "me" - not amusing at all to us! The food tasted good - maybe a bad night but things seemed a bit chaotic on a slow night. I don't normally write a bad review but if you order gluten free please triple check your order.
