  Had to wait in line for 21 minutes to be told that the have NO salads of any kind. Took most of my lunch break. Tried to ask the male manager when they’d be back in stock and only got a shoulder shrug..the employee then responds maybe tomorrow. I won’t be back to find out.

  I’ve never had a bad experience here until today! I did a mobile order and I seen I was missing a small frosty. I told the girl at the window and she said it was there(which it wasn’t) and slammed the window. She didn’t even care at all. I just drive off and did not wanna deal with the attitude. If you don’t like dealing with people DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Idk what the problem is with this location and mobile orders but no matter how far you order ahead of time it's never ready when you arrive. The whole point of ordering ahead on the app is to save time and go. If I wanted to sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes I would just order at the speaker. Any other locations my food is always ready when I get there. Not sure why this location has so much trouble with this.

  Today I went to the Wendy's in Calumet Park Illinois. I would like to thank cashier Cynthia and manager Latisha.🌟additonally Renee and CC. This location was very clean. Ms Cynthia definitely took care of the register with her wonderful customer service! Equally as important, The kitchen staff worked cohesively together to ensure that the customers had great hot food! I will be back again
