  Just before noon on Easter Sunday I came in to pickup Luxe boxes for Easter lunch with my family and had a bad pickup experience. Firstly I was given two empty cups to fill myself but no cup holder. After filling my drinks, I had to ask the attendant twice to give me a cupholder and when she did, it was very flimsy for my two large drinks (I think usually Taco Bell does double cupholders so they are sturdy). As I went to carry my Luxe boxes, I see that the attendant has given me a bag with a broken handle - so I had two awkward things to carry - the flimsy drinks tray and a bag without a handle. Please do better Calumet Park

  I went in on 2/2/26. There was a minor hiccup (1st one since I've been ordering over MONTHS, so this doesn't happen often) with my order today but when I called the store Jade answered and she was very polite. She handled the manner effectively and professionally! I always have good experiences at this location. It always is clean as well. Jade and her team deserve lots of praise!
