  Hot links, very shameful, for $ 40.00 got 4 very small links with watered down mild sauce and I counted 0nly 28 French fries 2 slices of wet/hard white bread. I Called back to the cal-city location to make notification. I should have known something that was wrong........no one was in the place to purchase food. As I was leaving out, I noticed how unclean in back of the counter areas was. We didn't eat the order. Give it to a homeless man. He threw it away and start cursing. Recommend go to a real rib shack. Kenneys it's time to turn off the grill and pass the fork.

  As expected the reviews says it all I use to order from here all the time they fell off BIG TIME so I stopped coming I ended wanting some smothered pork chops so I started looking on DoorDash Kenny ribs came up with a picture of smothered pork chops so I immediately ordered for myself and my family wanted different items I went to pick it up yes it was ready but when I got home they were dry regular pork chops so I called and asked why were they not smothered she said it just says pork chops on the menu so I said ok but you have a picture advertising that is is smothered so she said she will remake it I assumed she was remaking it because I said I was on the way but when I got there she decided to inform the cook about the problem so now I have to wait more time while my food got cold one flag I told the lady but the rest of the food is cold and she told me I can keep it OK second red flag then I get the pork chops back home and they are SOOOOO SALTY so I called back because who in there right Mind can eat a tablespoon of salt off the spoon so I informed them tha then should try the gravy because it is entirely to salty to eat she said ok also same order I ordered my daughter a small tip and it literally came with barely 5 tips and barely fries in the container I also paid for extra sauce and it was dry some of the tips didn’t even have sauce on them anyway I called back up there the next day today actually and asked did you get around to tasting the gravy because I want to know if they really care about there product and he tells me yes I tasted it and it’s great so I said so no one complains about how salty it is he said no we make it that way people actually like it they buy it by itself I hung up because what you not gone do is LIE in my face you know that is nasty also why we at it the green beans are also so salty the Mack and cheese I use to always come and buy but now it’s like they make it different like they got all the food from a food pantry and honestly I wouldn’t be surprised it tastes like it this is unacceptable it’s always our people not caring about there product or making stuff to your taste your older you probably lost your test buds because you eat too much salty stuff all your life y’all need new taste buds in there giving advice because y’all went down hill BAD that food is not good and I will NEVER IM LIFE STEP FOOT BACK IN THAT PLACE I have lived here for 38 years and this is the only restaurant I keep having this problem with now GINOs by the train station it’s down Ashland it is crowded and there hours are funny but they honestly have good soul food and are really nice and they give you way better portions for your money I paid 10.99 for them rib tips GINOs is a little more expensive but it is well worth it and no I don’t work there but I like good food and they definitely have that locked they will definitely be getting my money from now on!

  I'm in Columbus Ohio. This my first time ordering online. I'm shipping them to California for my niece. I guess I'll find out on Wednesday when she receive them.   My hubby and daughter got the rib tips. They were good but the plate didn’t even come with 5 fries! I got the 1/4 chicken which was good but the Mac and cheese and mash potatoes were horrible! First and may be my last time ordering from here.

  Food uncooked order off uber good wasn't done then called and girl told me manger left gave name and number and never called had to call them for manger tell me I should have kept thr food beyond me the previous person should have told me that they are horrible dont go there FOOD UNCOOKED BAD SERVICE FOOD NASTY
