  Long story short, THIS FOOD IS DISGUSTING! My mom ordered us some food from this location which is only 5 minutes away from us and it took 40 minutes for it to be ready and delivered. The macaroni we ordered was dry and CHEESELESS. The 4 pc chicken I received was the only thing that was DECENT that I ate this entire meal. The fires were soggy and cold. My mom couldn’t even bare to ear her food; she took one bite and immediately pushed it away! Mindju the ribs she ordered didn’t even get delivered so she was stuck with just eating greens and dressing. This is my first time eating from here and certainly is the last!

  Honestly, the food will always be a 6.5 or 7/10. That wasn't the problem. The problem is when the old bat looking lady is there. She is very nasty at heart, mouth, and spirit. She refuses to give me utensils, claiming that I didn't mention it in my order(like I didn't order a whole dinner from her), refused to give me a plastic bag...they have brown paper bags, but I'm ordering greens and bbq. Like it wasn't even doubled bag. You can tell she didn't cook the greens today. They were soggier than it is normally, when the guy is working. She very old at age and mind. She don't understand how DoorDash or anything that works. She asked me for my id for. My DoorDash order.? As if in she can read small wording. She made up some rule about ordering your food on DoorDash and picking it up yourself. She go say "well you need to let us know it's you and not DoorDash picking up the order" and I asked her what different would it make. She told me to take my food and have a nice day. The customer service when she is there is terrible and her cook skills do not make up for it. I wish I could get a refund of som sort... cause if I haven't paid for the food before I got there, I wouldn't took it from her nasty hands and nasty attitude. I'm disgusted at the experience I have with her. Hopefully her days are coming to an end soon... and hopefully whoever is next behind her will have a better attitude. Zero stars

  My husband really enjoyed your surprise "ToGo" rib tips. They were tender and tasty, per his comments. Thank you.

  My food looked like someone ate it already. Let’s just say I know a drunk cooks work when I see it. Ribs were butchered. Could find the meat and a few pieces were all bones. I should have went to McDonalds. And got the McRib Food had no taste. Wings were bland as well
