  Placed an order through the mobile app..if I'm spending my money for my food I ordered I should receive exactly what I ordered. My kids picked it up and got home with it. My husband bites into his sandwich which was a deluxe spicy mc crispy only to find a nugget fall out while he took his bite. Like literally a nugget??? We went back there were 2 ppl in front of us, waited 5 min and nothing. I stepped up to the side of pick and yelled that I needed a manager. I proceed to tell the manager Donnell about this incident as well as show him. I said hiw are you guys going to serve this with a nugget. He laughs and walked away comes back and says that wasn't a nugget. Like the fact that he didn't apologize or say anything just blew me. He then hands me my food and still didn't say anything just walked away. Like what kind of manager does that.

  Doordash Order; Completely missed two drinks and made half our order wrong and we couldnt eat it. When called to ask about it, was promptly hung up on. 0 stars, terrible service.

  Manager claimed they can not provide refunds for food they can not provide. They quite literally just took my money and didn't give me my order. She needs to be investigated because I KNOW she just doesn't want to make my ice cream. This is a 24 hour restaurant that has ice cream on the menu late at night. It should be served at all times, especially when it's available to be purchased at all times. I know you guys can disable certain items in the app when you run out, so why is the ice cream not disabled at night? So corporate doesn't know what you're doing?

  Came to the drive thru today and they told me to pull to spot number two and wait for my food. 20 mins passed and no one came and brought my food to me. My husband went inside and waited another 10 minutes and we finally got our food. Service here is horrible
