She asked if that was all and before she could finish, a man cut her off and told me that they were closed and that he had just closed the register and she was unaware of that. I work within walking distance to this location and I know that 1) drive thru is open 24hrs 2) bcuz I work so close, I’ve been inside there multiple times and I know that the registers are in direct line sight of each other I guess I will have to go join the Starbucks cult because they will at least accept my money gladly and not pretend to be closed bcuz they are lazy

When I arrived, the staff didn’t greet me and made me wait while tending to other tasks. When I finally tried to place an order, I was rushed and treated with clear impatience. After being ignored, I used the mobile app to place a pickup order, only to realize it had gone to the wrong location due to the confusion at the counter. Trying to get a refund was frustrating and involved a long process, including submitting a form and waiting days for a call back. When I placed a new order at the correct location, the service didn’t improve. The only person genuinely helpful was a Caucasian woman on staff—she was polite and attentive, while the others remained dismissive and rude. One even tossed items into my bag with an attitude when I politely asked for jam. This store is understaffed, unorganized, and lacks basic customer service. That one helpful employee deserves recognition, but I won’t be returning.
