  Every time I come to this location, there’s an inconvenience and I’m greeted by employees with no customer service skills, from management to associates the manager is very disrespectful lacks managers, skills. I tried to get a simple situation addressed and was met with disrespect. Wouldn’t recommend this location.

  The manager there has a horrible attitude towards the staff and customers. I watched her multiple times say rude things to both. She even told someone they didn't know how to order after they had issue with how their order was made. She made quite a few justures and mumbled loud enough for others to hear after talking to different customers as if they annoying her. Showing such a bad attitude and being unprofessional I know that I will not go back to this location. It doesn't seem like the job for her. After my order was never made aaked for a receipt because I never got one, she couldn't find my receipt on the cash register and seem to not want to have it once I mentioned the survey. I also plan to reach out to corporate because I know they value their customers.

  Since recently moving in the area, this is the closest Dunkin to home. And after several visits to this location, most times I feel unwelcomed, rushed, and given someone elses interpretation of what I ordered. I usually only use the drive through at this spot, and the associates working d.t. seem to always have a negative attitude. Please just give customers a moment to view the menu and order, especially when, in your haste to move cars through the line, you happen to get orders wrong or some other mishap. I ordered two donuts today and when I received the blueberry and chocolate long-john, they were touching in the bag; chocolate smeared on the blueberry. Who wants that? I explained to the clerk that it's best to put a piece of film between donuts, some people don't enjoy chocolate blueberry long-john donuts. I feel like some people get good service and some don't. But honestly I don't know which is best, this location, Dolton Dunkin or South Holland... They all have they're flaws, but this Cal City location just does odd business.

  Pedí un frozen coffe por el drive thrue, y me tomaron la orden bien y reiteré que quería mi frozen coffe sin azúcar, al llegar a la ventanilla me dieron un frozen coffe con caramel, a lo cual le expresé a la chica que yo nunca pedí sabor caramelo o con caramel, agarraron mi vaso y a los segundos me dan otro vaso con un frozen coffe que parecía de la misma consistencia cremosa cafe , a lo cual no dije nada y precedí a tomar el cafe e írme, peor cuando lo probé estaba súper dulce; entré al local y me preguntó una chica que que había estado mal con mi cafe, le dije que estaba súper dulce y me dijo que no le habían puesto azúcar, y le dije peor está dulce y si gusta probarlo y verás que no miento, y siguió diciendo que no tenía azúcar, en fin, procedió a prepararme nuevamente mi café tal y como lo habia pedido inicialmente; frozen coffe, oat milk y sin azúcar, y listo, procedió a dármelo y justo era como lo habia pedido, pero me pareció de mal gusto que dos veces tuve que regresar la bebida para que me la dieran justo como la pedí; siento que la primera vez que la regrese solo procedieron a vaciar el contenido del primer envase en un segundo envase, y me atrevo a decir que sabía a leche de vaca aunque de eso no dije nada , porque lo que no tolero es el sabor dulce y me concentré en ello! . La chica se mostró algo no Muy cordial, aunque no fue grosera, aún así no sentí que fuese cordial Proque insistia en que no le había puesto azúcar y quizás tenía razón, pero estaba muy dulce y le habían puesto caramelo y yo nunca pedí eso!. Pero si solucionó al final mi bebidas! 👍
