The manager adjusted my bill by removing five dollars off a 80 dollar bill explaining that the kitchen was new, and recommending the boneless wings, which are not to my liking. Based on my experience, I would advise others to save their money and dine elsewhere, with the exception of Jay, who provided exceptional service. 90 dollars I could have went to the other buffalo wild wing on 95th! Never again and I’m still hungry

I ordered the new Buffalo Chicken Dip and made it very clear to the staff that I do not eat pork at all. Despite this, when the manager on duty brought the food out, it had visible bacon on top. I was told they would “fix it,” but instead of preparing a new order, they simply scraped the bacon off and returned the same dish to me, claiming it was corrected. When I took a bite, I immediately noticed small bacon pieces still mixed underneath the hot peppers and green onions. This was not only careless but also extremely disrespectful, as I made my dietary restriction very clear from the beginning. I was deeply upset by the lack of care and the fact that nothing was done to properly address or correct the situation. I expect far better from a company of your reputation. This experience made me feel that my preferences and beliefs were not taken seriously. I’m requesting that this incident be looked into immediately and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure staff are properly trained on food handling, respect for customer dietary restrictions, and overall professionalism. The manager on duty name is DAVON I would appreciate a response and assurance that this issue will be addressed so that no other guest has to experience this kind of disregard.
